Billboard has never been one to “go ghoul” for Halloween. At Thailand’s No. 1 go-go bar, it’s all about “Sexy Halloween”.
While the Billboard Babes dressed up last year, Thailand still had not fully recovered from the Covid-19 pandemic. So 2023 was a return to full-scale Halloween hijinx. Black lace, fangs, bikinis and horns mixed to create the spooky yet sultry look everyone loves.
Too often in Thailand’s go-go bars, the ladies go nuts with gory, horror-film makeup. Scars and dripping blood are as prevalent as the zombies. It may be fun for the girls, but it doesn’t appeal much to the guys coming to Nana Plaza on a Halloween hunt.
Step into Billboard and there’s none of that. Some may try scary, but it’s seductress that wins the night.
